Dear Applicants,

Please find the detailed step-wise procedure of becoming an ESI life member:

Step 1: Please visit the following webpage for online submission: Membership Form
Step 2: Fill the particulars and attach all the relevant documents in PDF format and pay the necessary fees online.
Step 3: Find the ESI number of your proposer and seconder while submitting the application form online.
Step 4: After submission, ask your proposer and seconder to log in to the website as members with their credentials and forward the application. (Please note that the Proposer & Seconder will not receive any mail from the ESI and they have to log in with their credentials and do the needful).
Step 5: The application moves to the Secretariat only after the proposer and seconder accept the application.
Step 6: You will get an email with the membership details after the credential committee approves the application. Please keep checking the spam mail also.

Person who holds a postgraduate degree in Endocrinology (DM/DNB) from a recognized institute in India shall be eligible to become life-members.
A person who holds a postgraduate degree in Endocrinology from a recognized institute abroad after undergoing two / three years residency program duly recognized and registered by either the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council shall be eligible to be enrolled as a life-member of the society after their application is duly considered and approved by the credential committee.
A person who holds a postgraduate degree in basic life sciences or a research Doctorate degree in the basic or applied endocrinology and is engaged in scientific work in the field of endocrinology evidenced through his/her profession and/or scientific activities shall be eligible to be enrolled as a member of the society after their application is duly considered and approved by the credential committee.
